摘要: Despite numerous studies using microcapillary electrophoresis to examine RNA integrity before characterizing transcriptome profiles and specific transcripts of gametes, few reports provided data regarding general features total (i.e., rRNA ratio or the size distribution RNA). Results provide additional insight molecular gamete how they compare cumulus cell RNA. In particular, number ratios for rRNA, 18S/fast region 18S/inter were significantly lower in from oocytes versus cells. Lower values suggested that oocyte had increased abundance smaller relative 18S than their surrounding cumulus. Extensive efforts demonstrated repeatable whether maturation occurred vitro vivo, similar between nuclear stages examined.
