摘要: A liquid chromatographic (LC) method for determining residues of the antiparasitic drugs emamectin (EMA) and ivermectin (IVR) in fish tissues has been developed. EMA IVR are extracted with acetonitrile cleaned up on a C 18 solid-phase extraction column. Extracts derivatized 1-methylimidazole trifluoroacetic anhydride components determined by LC reversed-phase column fluorescence detection (excitation: 365 nm, emission: 470 nm). The mobile phase is 94% acetonitrile-water run isocratically. Calibration curves were linear between 1 32 ng injected both IVR. limit analytes was 0.5 ng/g, quantitation 1.5 nglg. Recoveries added to salmon muscle averaged 96 ± 9% 86 6%, respectively, at levels 5 80 ng/g. percent relative standard deviation described less than 7% over range concentrations studied. operational errors, interferences, recoveries fortified samples compare favorably an established method. recommended simple, rapid, specific monitoring Atlantic muscle.
