摘要: AbstractCyclophosphamide treatment has been associated with bladder cancer in a number of case reports but no causal relationship proved since nearly all these patients were treated the drug for malignant disease. We describe patient who received cyclophosphamide after cadaveric renal transplantation to prevent rejection. Transitional cell carcinoma developed native and donor transplanted ureter (20-year-old donor) 13 years later despite identifiable risk factors. This strengthens argument that carcinogenic potential on urinary tract epithelium. (J. Urol., 140: 1009–1011, 1988)
