Fabrication of self-assembled hierarchical flowerlike zinc stannate thin film and its application as liquefied petroleum gas sensor

摘要: Abstract In the present communication, hierarchical flowerlike zinc stannate architectures have been fabricated using sol–gel spin coating process. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms formation of with minimum crystallite size ∼7 nm. The particle distribution was determined help acoustic spectroscopy sizer (APS-100). Surface morphology exhibits porous structure having a number gas adsorption sites. Optical characterizations were recorded UV–visible absorption and Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy. Thermal properties studied hot disk thermal constants analyzer (TPS-500). Further, thin film investigated exposure liquefied petroleum (LPG) at room temperature (25 °C). maximum sensitivity sensor found 2.5. response recovery times ∼180 240 s, respectively. Maximum percentage 143. Improved response, small time good reproducibility identify that LPG is challenging for detection temperature.
