摘要: The mechanisms by which cells evade the lethal effects of cytotoxic drugs have been subject intense investigation cell and molecular biologists for more than 20 years. Much this work was stimulated initial success cancer chemotherapy in disseminated childhood cancers such as leukemias, neuroblastoma, sarcomas, germ-cell tumors choriocarcinoma testicular cancer, responsiveness other lymphomas, breast, ovarian cancers.
