摘要: AIM: To determine the correlation between expression of androgen receptor (AR) gene and hepatocarcinogenesis. METHODS: Male SD rats were used as experimental animals animal model hepatocarcinoma was established by means 3’-me-DAB administration. Androgen mRNA detected a non-radioactive in situ hybridization assay neoplastic non-neoplastic liver tissues. RESULTS: The observed only neoplasticcells some atypical hyperplastic cells. In tissue control remaining normal cells adjacent to carcinoma tissue, no positive signal seen. CONCLUSION: has an important with hepatocarcinogenesis might be mark event during hepatocarcinogenesis.
