摘要: The current pandemic coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, is a global health emergency because of its highly contagious nature, the great number patients requiring intensive care therapy, and high fatality rate. In absence specific antiviral drugs, passive prophylaxis, or vaccine, treatment aim in these to prevent potent virus-induced inflammatory stimuli from leading acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), which has severe prognosis. Here, mechanism action rationale for employing immunological strategies, range traditional chemically synthesized anti-cytokine antibodies, human immunoglobulin intravenous use, vaccines, are reviewed.
