摘要: GATA3 is a transcription factor important in the differentiation of breast epithelia, urothelia, and subsets T lymphocytes. It has been suggested to be useful evaluation carcinomas mammary or urothelial origin metastatic carcinomas, but its distribution normal neoplastic tissues incompletely mapped. In this study, we examined developing adult 2040 epithelial 460 mesenchymal neuroectodermal neoplasms for expression explore diagnostic value surgical pathology, using monoclonal antibody (clone L50-823) Leica Bond automated immunohistochemistry. was expressed trophoblast, fetal epidermis, some salivary gland sweat ductal distal nephron tissues, prostatic basal cells, stronger than mesothelia absent respiratory gastrointestinal epithelia. neoplasms, >90% primary lobular breast, urothelial, cutaneous cell trophoblastic endodermal sinus tumors. it more sensitive GCDFP. Among squamous highest skin (81%) lower cervical (33%), laryngeal (16%), pulmonary tumors (12%). Common positivity found adnexal (100%), mesothelioma (58%), (43%), pancreatic (37%) whereas frequency adenocarcinomas lung, stomach, colon, endometrium, ovary, prostate <10%. Chromophobe renal carcinoma unique tumor with frequent (51%), oncocytomas were positive 17% cases other types only rarely. tumors, paragangliomas usually positive, which sets these apart from neuroendocrine Mesenchymal sporadically except epithelia biphasic synovial sarcomas. marker characterization not also germ mesotheliomas, paragangliomas. The multiple specificities should taken into account when detect carcinomas.
