摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the effects various activating factors on feline oocytes. included activation within ovary (natural), during in vitro maturation (spontaneous activation), chemical (ionomycin + 6-DMAP), by spermatozoa and injection (ICSI) mechanical (sham ICSI). According our results, parthenogenetic embryos could emerge at every step embryo production (IVP) procedures. After oocyte collection, 6% were observed, mainly 2-4-blastomere stages. 24 h maturation, observed 7% Using ionomycin 6-DMAP artificially activate oocytes, 53% cleaved obtained. results after ICSI (54% embryos) not significantly different from Group III using (53% embryos). But only blastocysts obtained (5/73.7%) as a result culture. Moreover, best morphological quality with minor levels fragmentation evident embryos. sham activation, 'sham ICSI', 8% noted. Therefore, it is advised maintain negative control parallel each IVP techniques, avoid misleading results. Chemical methods for artificial oocytes are most promising application cloning experimental studies.
