摘要: [Purpose] This study aimed to examine the factors influencing dysmenorrhea among Korean middle school adolescents. [Subjects] The subjects included 572 female students in three different schools located Seoul, South Korea. [Methods] A cross-sectional design was adopted. measurement tools used a demographic form and revised Menstrual distress Questionnaire (MDQ). [Results] analyses showed that prediction model significant. value of adjusted R(2) 0.282, which corresponds an explanatory power 28.2%. factor found have most influence on adolescents stress, followed by health status, onset dysmenorrhea, consecutive days menstruation, dietary habits. [Conclusion] Nursing intervention programs for alleviating are essential order reduce their level improve perceived help them maintain regular Reflecting recent trend menstruating at younger age, public education courses counseling should offer customized methods dysmenorrhea.
