摘要: Abstract The molecular weights of the ribosomal RNA a wide range species have been compared by electrophoresis on polyacrylamide gels. It was found that bacteria, Actinomycetes, blue-green algae and higher plant chloroplasts all rRNA † (“23 ” “16 s”) with 1.1 million 0.56 million. (“25 s” “18 plants, ferns, fungi, some protozoa, are approximately 1.3 m 0.7 m. component is also common to animals, but larger (“28 has evolved each major step animal evolution from about 1.4 in sea urchins 1.75 mammals. Euglena Amoeba exceptionally high weight RNA, which peculiarly unstable. No intermediate between bacterial type plants found. results thus confirm sharp distinction prokaryotic eukaryotic organisms; they show there strong conservation size during evolution, therefore suggest increased ribosome essential for evolution.
