摘要: Mast cell responses are influenced by a diverse array of environmental factors, but little is known about the effect genetic background. In this study, we report that 129/Sv mice had high levels circulating IgE, increased expression high-affinity receptor for IgE (FceRI), and greater sensitivity to anaphylaxis when compared with C57BL/6 mice. Bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs) from showed more robust degranulation upon engagement FceRI. Deficiency Src family kinase Lyn enhanced in BMMCs inhibited response cells. lyn −/− reduced Fyn, increasing its markedly degranulation. human silencing or Fyn resulted hyperdegranulation hypodegranulation, respectively. The findings demonstrate influence on extent cell’s identify as contributory determinant.
