摘要: Glioblastoma is very rarely found outside the central nervous system. The ability of rat C6 glioblastoma cells to intravasate into system and pial blood vessels tested using a homografting model two in vitro models. In vivo, scanning electron microscopy demonstrates that upon grafting implantation pockets cortex, can be spared large digestion cysts formed host brain parenchyma. Immunocytochemistry grafted cortex reveals are vessel basement membrane, surrounded by extracellular matrix material, fibronectin. endothelial inside laminin fibronectin, there were areas cell hyperplasia. not observed vessels. vitro, cultures seeded with from fresh pia exhibit same relationship as those other migrate membrane but do vessel. To ascertain whether structure components important factors exclusion vessels, artificial hydrated gel wafers. wafer 1 day after seeding. These data indicate confined an inability pass through vital membrane.
