摘要: A 50-fold (or greater) increase in the production of phage 21 repressor was obtained by construction a plasmid which 21cl (repressor) gene could be transcribed from λPL. The enhancement due to increased 21cI copy number and transcription λPL were at least five-fold ten-fold, respectively. constructed vitro recombination EcoRI-generated DNA fragments. use fragment containing obtaining expression cloned genes is discussed.
