摘要: Lactic acid bacteria are often included in the daily diet order to improve human health. It has been demonstrated that certain species of lactic bacteria, such as Lactobacillus casei, can increase systemic immune response, a fact would point capacity these act immunomodulators. Using BALB/c strain mice experimental models, we studied possible side‐effects oral administration ofL. casei on liver host, well its leukopoietic and hematopoietic response consequence stimulus produced by bacteria. Animals were fed 2, 5, 7 10 consecutive days with concentration 1.2 x 109 cells per day mouse, total doses administered being 2.4 109, 6 8.4 1010 respectively.
