摘要: The influence of separation conditions on peak broadening is usually estimated by the number theoretical plates. Using data available in literature and experimental data, it shown that pressure-assisted capillary electrophoresis plate not directly related to capability used. experiments at different electrolyte flow velocities demonstrate a higher (the best efficiency) can be obtained with lower resolution. Since ions are separated due difference electrophoretic mobilities, width terms mobility suggested as new parameter describing calculated using tailing factor temporal 5% height. A simple equation for resolution calculation derived parameter. advantage over other parameters shown. recommended used only but also general when runs virtual separative migration distance change widely.
