摘要: A simple procedure is described for reproducible detection of double stranded (ds) RNAs in leafroll infected grapevines. The involves the extraction tissues by a medium which preferentially yields dsRNA. RNA purified CF11 cellulose chromatography and gel electrophoresis. dsRNAs varied size different vines. In cases tested they did not cross hybridize occurred at higher concentrations stem cortex than leaves.
