摘要: Strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated in Belgium and Zaire from food various sources the meat industry were biotyped, phage typed tested for staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) production. Thirty 185 strains examined produced one or more SE, 23 these belonged to human biotype. Most SE-positive groups III Mixed, not typable. None poultry-like biotype strains, which frequent nasal carriers among workers plants as well minced meat, enterotoxins. Avian similarly negative.
