摘要: Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a major health problem (1,2). Hepatitis e antigen (HBeAg) seroconversion an important goal of antiviral treatment (3). Spontaneous HBeAg in children associated with relatively uneventful course and fewer events HBeAg-negative (4). Persistent positivity beyond the third to fourth decades life chronic HBV–infected subjects higher risk HBV-related liver cirrhosis hepatocellular carcinoma (5,6). Various host viral factors spontaneous process have been mentioned (7–10). Some these such as earlier puberty onset boys high interleukin-12 production genotype are peak ALT levels before predict (9,10). The flare serum HBV indicates breakdown immune tolerance entry into clearance/inflammatory phase. finish after dramatic others only mild elevation seroconversion. A lower level cutoff disease may enhance detection sensitivity specificity phase occurrence (11). The present study investigated inflammatory longitudinal profiling serial based on long-term prospective cohort design from childhood adulthood determining significant thresholds by sophisticated statistical procedure.
