System and method for cleaning noisy genetic data from target individuals using genetic data from genetically related individuals

摘要: A system and method for determining the genetic data one or a small set of cells, from fragmentary DNA, where limited quantity is available, are disclosed. Genetic target individual acquired amplified using known methods, poorly measured base pairs, missing alleles regions reconstructed expected similarities between genome genetically related subjects. In accordance with embodiment invention, incomplete embryonic fetal cell-free DNA isolated mother's blood, more complete larger sample diploid cells both parents, without haploid and/or taken other individuals.
