摘要: In the present investigation, we demonstrate a facile hydrothermal/solvothermal route to fabricate elegant Bi2S3 nanoflowers in large scale with highly oriented (001) surfaces. The synthesis was observed radically determine overall morphology of resultant product. Under hydrothermal conditions (12 h), formation flowers on nickel foil composed self-assembled tapered nanorods were obtained. Whereas after prolonged reaction time (24 h), ultra long micro belts observed. Interestingly, architectured obtained by solvothermal are seen be self assembled and it also that duration influences their shape, size, areal density. Finding such unique nanostructures arose exemplify prominent photoenhanced field emission upon visible light illumination, which is attributed photoconductivity Bi2S3. It noteworthy studies reveal low turn-on ~1.04 V/μm, required draw an current density ~0.1 μA/cm2, found lower than earlier reports. average stable over 3 h. addition, behavior single flower (pasted tungsten microtip) has been investigated. high sensitivity fast response switching indicate as promising candidate for micro/nano-optoelectronic devices. .
