摘要: Abstract The alkaline single-cell gel electrophoresis, or comet assay, was used to evaluate the genotoxic potential of copper sulphate in planarians. Concentration-related increase DNA damage induced after 2 h and 7 days exposure CuSO 4 dissolved culture water. To study influence ions on persistence mutagen-induced lesions, planarians were treated with methyl methanesulphonate (MMS), further incubated absence (post-incubation) presence (post-treatment) . After post-treatment enhanced effects relation corresponding post-incubation value detected, which indicate inhibition repair by At 4 h an migration observed, is significant for group. 24 h, decreased but still significantly elevated control. From our results, we conclude that are suitable organisms vivo detection genotoxicity can be assess both acute chronic this chemical aquatic ecosystems. effect MMS-induced suggests could modulate associated complex mixture environment.
