摘要: The migration of T cells and access to tumor antigens is utmost importance for the induction protective anti-tumor immunity. Once having entered a malignant site, encounter complex environment composed non-tumor along with extracellular matrix (ECM). It now well accepted that deregulated ECM favors progression metastasis. Recent progress in imaging technologies has also highlighted impact architecture found solid on immune especially cells. In this review, we argue ability mount an antitumor response dependent structure, more precisely balance between pro-migratory reticular fiber networks unfavorable zones dense aligned structures. Thus, architecture, long been considered merely provide structural framework connective tissues, can play key role facilitating or suppressing surveillance. A new challenge cancer therapy will be develop approaches aimed at altering stroma, rendering it permissive
