摘要: Glycosylation plays an important role in several types of recognition processes associated with fertilisation and development, allergies, pathological events cell death. Whereas the amino acid sequence a protein is fixed by DNA, glycosylation abilities depend on enzymes substrates currently present cell. During last decades our knowledge – structure glycans as well corresponding biochemical pathways including responsible - especially mammalian origin increased enormously.
