A unique pattern of proto-oncogene abnormalities in ovarian adenocarcinomas

摘要: Twelve cases of ovarian adenocarcinoma were studied for alterations in proto-oncogenes, and a unique pattern altered ras proto-oncogenes was observed. Amplification ras-Ki found three seven tumors amplification ras-Ha one 12. In contrast, not any the 334 other only seen breast cancer at frequency 3%. Other adenocarcinomas included c-myc c-erbb-2. Proto-oncogene abnormalities more frequent aggressive high histologic grade.
