摘要: A continuous cell line (HBL-100) was obtained from primary cultures of cells derived an early lactation sample human milk. There no evidence a breast lesion in the milk donor. Karyotype analysis showed that all metaphases contained chromosomes including large acrocentric marker chromosome. Both desmosomes and cytoplasmic tonofibrils were observed during passage. HBL-100 exhibited several characteristics transformation ability to form colonies soft agar, aneuploid chromosome complement, growth.
