摘要: Apolipoprotein Cs (apoC-1, apoC-II, and apoC-III) are lipoprotein components that have regulatory effects on enzymes involved in metabolism. Owing to their low molecular weights, apoCs can adsorb onto and/or pass through dialysis membranes. Our study determines the consequence of hemodialysis (HD) plasma concentrations activities modulated by apoCs. Plasma samples were collected from 28 patients with chronic renal failure before after HD. apoC-II levels unchanged, whereas apoC-III slightly decreased post-dialysis plasmas. The apoC-I content was markedly reduced during This due a significant decrease very low-density (VLDL), high-density (HDL) unchanged. Although HDL bound is thought inhibit cholesterol ester transfer protein, no change ability pre- VLDL interact protein observed. Complementary experiments confirmed VLDL-bound has inhibitory potential. In contrast, an increase apoC-I-poor act as substrate for lipase (LPL) found compared pre-dialysis VLDL. shows losses HD might be beneficial improving LPL thus triglyceride
