摘要: We have recently demonstrated that dramatic alteration in mucosal microvascular blood content termed early increase supply (EIBS) is a hallmark of colon carcinogenesis. In the current study, we elucidate mechanism EIBS by assessing iNOS/nitric oxide axis histologically normal colonic mucosa rats treated with colon-specific carcinogen, azoxymethane. demonstrate there was strong temporal correlation between and iNOS expression/activity. Importantly, also observed short-term treatment nitric inhibitor abrogated EIBS. These data indicate induction may critical role augmenting predysplastic thereby fostering
