摘要: The screen-printed technique is widely used as an efficient tool for electrochemical analysis in environment, clinical and agri-food areas. Significantly, it has the ability to transfer laboratory experiments into field. In present work, we report a highly sensitive, simple, low-cost protocol determination of amlodipine (AML) using bare/unmodified DNA-modified electrodes (SPEs). immobilization DNA molecules onto SPE offers promising robust chemically stable molecular wires, which provides unique opportunity charge processes. Consequently, electroanalytical sensing AML was explored at SPEs linear range between 0.066–1.0 μM 0.066–2.0 μM with detection limit (3σ) found be 20.70 nM 14.94 nM, whilst corresponding sensitivities of: 0.43 A L mol−1 4.23 A L mol−1 respectively. Although, superior signature bare evident, enhances sensitivity 10-times more than SPEs. Furthermore, optimized unmodified SPEs, requires no pre-treatment electrode modification step, then further applied real samples.
