摘要: Adipose tissue stem cells (ASCs), known as multipotent cells, are most commonly used in the clinical applications recent years. tissues (AT) have advantage harvesting, isolation, and expansion of ASCs, especially an abundant amount compared to bone marrow. ASCs can be found stromal vascular fractions (SVF) which easily obtained from dissociation adipose tissue. Both SVFs culture-expanded exhibit cell characteristics such differentiation into multiple types, regeneration, immune regulators. Therefore, been researched evaluate safety benefits for human use. In fact, number trials on is going increase by years; however, phase I II, lack III IV. This systemic review highlights updates process characteristics, culture, storage, application well provides further directions therapeutic use ASCs.
