摘要: This paper takes a distributed perspective on leadership practice in schools. Drawing upon empirical evidence from two contemporary studies of successful school and the international research base concerning leadership, argues that is entity mediated through human interaction. It suggests activity at level school, rather than individual, appropriate unit analysis studying practice.
