摘要: We showed that early weaned rats developed obesity, hyperleptinemia, leptin and insulin resistance at adulthood. Here, we studied the potential beneficial effects of Ilex paraguariensis aqueous solution upon body composition, glycemia, lipid hormonal profiles, signaling NPY content. To induce weaning, lactating rats’ teats were blocked with a bandage to interrupt lactation during last 3 days (EW group), while control offspring had free access milk throughout (C group). In postnatal day (PN) 150, EW subdivided into: EW+ mate groups treated, respectively, water or yerba (1 g/kg BW/day, gavage) 30 days. C received for gavage. PN180, killed. group presented lower weight (−10 %), adipose mass (retroperitoneal:−40 % epididymal:−44 %), total fat (−43 %), subcutaneous (−46 %), visceral adipocyte area (−21 %), triglyceridemia (−31 %) hypothalamic content (−37 %) compared group. However, hyperglycemia HDL-c levels observed in not reverted treatment. Although JAK2 pSTAT3 corrected by treatment, hyperphagia higher SOCS-3 normalized group, indicating central could be restored. Thus, therapy was capable reverse abdominal hypertriglyceridemia, suggesting an important role this bioactive component management obesity programming model.
