摘要: Objective Valvular calcification occurs via ongoing endothelial injury associated with inflammation. IL-10 is an anti-inflammatory cytokine and 75% of the variation in production genetically determined. However, relationship between genetic polymorphisms valvular has not been studied. The objective this study was to investigate association Han, Uygur Kazak populations China. Patients Methods All participants were selected from subjects participating Cardiovascular Risk Survey (CRS) study. single nucleotide (SNPs) rs1800871 rs1800872 gene genotyped using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method. Three independent case-control studies involving Han population, population used analysis. Results For populations, found be recessive model, difference remained statistically significant following multivariate adjustment (p<0.001, p=0.031, respectively). For dominant p=0.009, p=0.023,respectively) Conclusion Both are China. Rs1800872 also population.
