摘要: The relative amount of a transferrin isoprotein with isoelectric point 5.7 (Tf5.7) and its ratio to total concentration (Tfratio) in blood serum plasma has earlier been shown be good marker for alcohol abuse and, recently, after occupational exposure organic solvents. To facilitate study the relatively low forms cerebrospinal fluid, procedure iron saturation an method using focusing separation gel followed by quantification zone immunoelectrophoresis assay were improved. detection limit was lowered more than tenfold, allowing determination un-concentrated fluid. Samples from ten healthy volunteers examined. Tfratio fluid found higher blood.
