摘要: A widely applicable procedure for electrophoretic separation and quantification of proteins is described. Different colored markers myoglobin were prepared by carbamylation those with suitable isoelectric points (pI's) isolated. Such added to samples serum plasma which examined improved focusing in agarose gel. This facilitated isolation a certain transferrin pI 5.7. protein was quantified gel pieces zone immunoelectrophoresis assay. The overall S.D. <10%.
