摘要: Abstract A new technique for the quantitative determination of electrophoretically separated proteins has been developed. The used quantification a molecular form human serum transferrin having an isoelectric point (pI) 5.7. in samples were by focusing agarose gel. With guidance coloured pI-marker protein (i.e., carbamylated horse muscle myoglobin), gel pieces containing (pI 5.7) isolated, disintegrated with syringe, and deposited directly as zone immunoelectrophoresis assay (ZIA). content was determined relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) 7%. total concentration also ZIA R.S.D. 3%. appears applicable to many other proteins.
