摘要: Recent progress in the field of aging has resulted ever increasing numbers compounds that extend lifespan C. elegans. Lifespan extending include metabolites and synthetic compounds, as well natural products. For many these mammalian pharmacology is known, for some actual targets have been experimentally identified. In this review, we explore data available elegans to provide an overview which pharmacological classes potential identification further lifespan.
