摘要: The effects of triprolidine hydrochloride 1.25, 2.5 and 5 mg, clemastine 1 2 mg lactose dummy administered orally, in a balanced order, at weekly intervals to 12 healthy volunteers, on the flare weal responses intradermal histamine injection, also both subjective objective psychomotor tests were examined. response was significantly larger 09.00 h falling through day but increasing by late afternoon. Triprolidine produced dose-related antagonism maximal 3 wearing off after lower doses 8 h. Clemastine contrast poor marked effect 5.5 Auditory vigilance (p less than 0.05) impaired all administration, no change followed this time. When tested 6 7 administration significant impairment only dose triprolidine. Both drugs prolonged reaction time manner 5.0 had worn Digit symbol substitution top antihistamines short term memory unaffected. Subjective measured using analogue lines reflected test, that drowsiness mental noted early triprolidine, while Subjects ranked order magnitude inhibition weal, vigilance, prolongation score. There indication correlation, Spearman's between central nervous system.
