摘要: Although loss of CDH1 promotes cancer metastasis by disrupting cell–cell adhesion and inducing transcriptional changes, the functional pathways involved in affecting EGFR expression lung cells still remain largely unknown. In this study, we report that down-regulation promoted transcription through activation YBX1. Furthermore, knockdown activated AKT signaling pathway, inhibition suppressed phosphorylation YBX1 up-regulation induced loss. These data demonstrate induces via phospho-YBX1, which is pathway.
