摘要: In this article, we investigate the nanocomposite material formation, particularly deposition of nanocrystalline diamond and carbon nanowalls (CNWs) on single-wall nanotubes buckypaper (BP). One part substrate was nucleated by nanodiamond powder. The growth carried out in a hot filament chemical vapor (HFCVD) system. Contact angle measurements, scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy were used for surface morphology analysis characterization phases. Due to different pretreatment, nanostructures formed: film grown BP area; non-treated area covered with dense field CNWs. Covering prevented an access HF-plasma so any structures.
