摘要: Matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) is a member of family zinc-dependent endopeptidases capable degrading extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins. A single bout exercise increases levels activated MMP-9 in skeletal muscle and the circulation. However, whether exercise-induced activation associated with ECM remodeling cellular source behind circulation not known. In present study ten healthy male subjects performed cycle arterial venous femoral blood was collected. To test if induces basal lamina degradation circulating related to release from exercising muscle, arteriovenous differences collagen IV were measured by ELISA zymography, respectively. Furthermore, markers neutrophil degranulation elastase gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) ELISA. Plasma increased during an difference noted at 27 min exercise. both 57 but no noted. No changes over time detected for NGAL. The observed indicate turnover following detectable observed, suggesting that increase plasma could come other than muscle.
