摘要: Exercise induces alterations of the extracellular matrix (ECM), e.g. by an increased release endostatin or regulation metalloproteases (MMP)-2/-9, and cathepsin L. To investigate influence training status on exercise-induced ECM-processing angiogenic molecules, endostatin-, MMP-2, MMP-9 plasma concentrations during incremental running step tests in male elite short-track (n=6) long-track runners (n=7) were studied. Three blood samples (pre-exercise, 0, 1 h post-exercise) taken from each subject at test. In both groups, basal concentration was significantly decreased second test, i.e. after season. Exercise-related acute parameters also observed only group, there a significant increase 0 MMP-2 post-exercise. Cathepsin L conclusion, regular exercise performance decreases concentration, facilitates molecules performance, seems to be dependent kind training.
