摘要: Two new genetic protein polymorphisms (CON 1 and CON 2) were identified in parotid saliva. Genetic of salivary (concanavalin A) 2 proteins are determined by autosomal inheritance one expressed (dominant) unexpressed (recessive) allele for each gene. Autosomal is supported studies 26 families including 105 children 23 95 2. Gene frequencies randomly collected salivas from 134 whites, 79 Chinese, 74 blacks as follows: 1+= 0.396 1− = 0.604, 2+ 0.034 2−= 0.966; 1+ 0.580 0.420, 0 2− 1; blacks, 0.581 0.419, 0.007 0.993. Both proteins, transferred SDS gels to nitrocellulose, react with concanavalin A. The antisera prepared proline-rich (PRP), the have isoelectric points greater than pH 8.5. In salivas, shows a strong association Ps PmF protein. On basis data, PmS genes may be outside markers linear arrangement three genes, PmS, PmF, There evidence linkage SPC (salivary gene complex), (15 families, lod score at ϑ 6.77), (7 5.93), Gl (5 ϑ=0 3.91). addition immunologic reactions PRP show extensive many other when tested immunoblotting on nitrocellulose. Some these previously (proline-rich proteins) that different loci.
