摘要: Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is widely used the study of chromosome structure and organization. Cytogenetic evaluation chromosomes using FISH technique plays an increasingly important role diagnosing karyotype changes both somatic reproductive cells. The aim was to optimize conditions stallion sperm decondensation, which have a significant effect on results fluorescence hybridization. Appropriate type time decondensation chosen for every stallion. It found that performed preparation incubated DTT solution 1.5 minutes SDS 10 seconds proved effective stallions no. 1 2. An alternative method Eppendorf tube, with incubation minute 5 3 4. Decondensation papain solution, successfully bull spermatozoa, inadequate horse spermatozoa.
