摘要: Abstract Lysoamidase, a drug derived from enzymes and polysaccharide of the bacterium Lysobacter sp., is used in treatment external bacterial infections caused by pathogenic Gram-positive microflora. The yeast cells with lysoamidase results lysis young all species under study (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Cryptococcus terreus, Pseudozyma fuziformiata, Torulaspora delbrueckii, Candida guilliermondii, azyma, catenulata, boidinii, lambica). highest percentage cell was observed spp., S. cerevisiae phytopathogen P. fuziformiata (90–95%). action accompanied release intracellular enzyme α-glucosidase into incubation medium. Fungal hyphae (A. heteromorphus) incubated presence looked swollen as compared control; they also had lateral swellings. Treatment resulted deformation fungal hyphae. apical zones were particularly sensitive to lysoamidase. In liquid medium, spores. Spores Aspergillus heteromorphus japonicus most liable (only 24–26% germinated). did not germinate on Petri dishes (solid media) treated effect seems be associated proteinase, glucanase, chitinase constituents Lysoamidase minimizes risk mycosis infections.
