摘要: Adaptive, or ‘learning by doing’, approaches are often advocated as a means of providing increased understanding within natural resource management. However, number organisational and social issues need to be resolved if these used successfully. A case study in the South Island high country New Zealand is review what needed support an ongoing community-based monitoring adaptive management programme. First, described, paying attention context problem. The results workshop that explored this problem then outlined, along with proposed information flow suggested participants. Requirements for future steps resolve problems (such protocols multi-stakeholder system) discussed. Finally, some broad lessons drawn from exercise could help others developing similar approaches.
