摘要: The chemokine, stromal derived factor-1 (SDF1) has been shown to modulate the homing of stem cells its site by mediating chemotaxis. We demontrated overexpression SDF-1 induced mobilization with cell potential (CFU-S, long-term reconstituting cells). Moreover, activated matrix metalloproteinase-9 in bone marrow (BM) cells, causing release soluble Kit-ligand and permitting transfer hematopoietic (HSCs) from a quiescent proliferative niche. role process HSC migration mechanism underlying this HSCs will be reviewed. These studies lay foundation for using induce progenitor BM transplantation setting.
