摘要: We investigated the effect of maternally administered thyrotropin-releasing hormone on functional and morphologic fetal lung maturation. Thyrotropin-releasing (40 μg/kg/day) or vehicle was injected intravenously into New Zealand White rabbit does days 25, 26, 27 gestation. On day pregnancy, were killed fetuses delivered. The pulmonary maturity assessed by pressure-volume hysteresis while histologic techniques. Enhanced maturation noted in animals treated with when compared controls. An important role is proposed.
