摘要: Hallucinations can be seen in pediatric population with various kinds of illnesses including psychiatric disorders and sleep disorders. As psychiatry share common symptoms, it is difficult to differentiate. We report a case narcolepsy without cataplexy 12-year-old girl who was initially diagnosed from excessive sleepiness visual auditory hallucinations. She did not improve antipsychotic medication but responded well stimulant medication. emphasize the importance having differential diagnoses for hallucinations population.
