摘要: AbstractAtopic dermatitis (AD) is the most common inflammatory skin disease in children, may persist into adulthood, and difficult to treat. Recent data both experimental models patients have shed new light on multifactorial etiology of this chronic disease. In review, we summarize pathomechanism AD following three sections: (1) defects barrier including role filaggrin; (2) immunological response key roles T cells, dendritic innate lymphoid mast eosinophils; (3) environmental factors such as microbiota Staphylococcus aureus.
